You built the audience. Own the business.

Brands and platforms have lawyers. You can too, for a flat fee, without waiting until a deal goes wrong.

  • Brand and sponsorship deals

Deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and when you get paid. I tell you what a brand can reuse and for how long.

  • Your company

Whether to form an LLC for your channel or podcast, how it keeps your own money separate, and the paperwork that keeps it in good standing.

  • Your name and logo

A trademark search and a filing for your channel, show or merch line. The office examines every application, so there is no promise of approval.

  • Takedowns and copyright claims

A claim against your video or a copy of your work on someone else's page: what the notice means and how to answer it.

  • Licensing your work

Letting a publisher, show or brand use your clips, art or music, on terms that end.

  • Collaborations and merch

Splits with the people you make things with and agreements with the shop that makes your goods.

Read the usage clause first

The fee is the part everyone reads. The usage clause is the part that costs you later.

Before you say yes, check what the brand can do with your face and your footage, for how long and in which countries. Send me the offer and I'll mark what to change, with the words to use.

What I check

  • What the brand can reuse, and for how long

  • Whether you can work with competitors

  • When and how the fee is paid

  • What happens if the post is taken down

Questions

Questions from creators

Do I need an LLC to take sponsors?

Not always. It depends on what you earn, who you work with and what you could be liable for. We'll talk through whether it fits your case.

Can I trademark my channel name?

You can apply, and I'll search first. The trademark office decides, so I can't promise registration.

Someone is using my clips. What now?

Save the links and dates, then send them to me. A written notice is usually the first step, and I'll tell you if it's worth more.
